All prices will be stated in advance with invoices charged including VAT. Where stated payments are in advance for individual subscribers. Institutional customers may have the option of advanced payment or post project invoicing. Our terms relating to payment of amounts invoiced are strictly 30 days net. Interest will be charged on all overdue debts at the rate of 3% above the current Bank of England base rate
Cancellation of training events will carry no fee if cancelled at least 2 working weeks prior to the event. E-learning & other individual pre-paid items are not subject to refundable cancellation although a specific module can be exchanged for a similar alternative item. Institutional programmes where internal Res costs have been incurred all carry a cancellation fee proportional to incurred costs.
Refunds for cancelled events or other items which are the fault of Res or its suppliers will carry a full refund. Refunding due to customer action or circumstance will normally not carry a refund except in events where cancellation has been made at least 2 working weeks in advance. Other refunds may be appropriate at the discretion of Res management in the case of exceptional circumstances.
For processing your credit card payments via Paypal or other digital payment portal, we only collect the minimal amount of information required for the transaction. We do not store your credit card details. At no point is any of your information passed to any other third party companies without your prior consent (other than those associated with the actual payment process itself).
